Make plans to attend the Sun Trust Island Night at Jackson's, the LifePath Hospice annual fundraiser. This year, Island Night will be held Sunday, October 25 at Jackson's Bistro on Harbour Island in Tampa.

All proceeds from Island Night go to support LifePath Hospice programs and services.

For the safety of campers, staff and volunteers, LifePath Hospice has made the difficult decision to postpone Camp Circle of Love, an annual children's weekend grief camp. LifePath Hospice made this decision after examining H1N1 Influenza A (Swine Flu) information from federal, state and local health authorities.

LifePath Hospice has rescheduled Camp Circle of Love to the weekend of July 31.

Camp staff will contact campers' families about the postponement and inform them about the new date for camp.

Volunteers at Life's Treasures are facing a unique situation. Both thrift store locations have experienced brisk business, and now Life's Treasures needs to restock it shelves with reusable items for resale. Volunteers are set to accept donations of gently worn clothing, household goods, furniture, jewerly, accessories, antiques, books and small appliances in good working order.

The funds generated by the sales at Life's Treasures go to support the end-of-life care programs offered by LifePath Hospice in Hillsborough County.

Life's Treasures operates at two convenient locations: 1918 South Dale Mabry Highway in South Tampa and 4802 Gunn Highway in Carrollwood. Volunteers accept donations from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Life's Treasures also offers a pickup service for larger items that can't be dropped off at the stores.
